Job summary

Brights is seeking a diligent Store/Stock Clerk to ensure all stock is correctly marked, priced with barcode stickers when required, and packed accurately for customer orders. You will work in a busy department within the Western Cape, following store procedures to support efficient operation and accurate stock control.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Person with stock picking, helping Merchandisers with pre-packing, maintaining tidy, safe packing and clear labeling, and upholding

Qualifications

• Matric or 120 credits via Intercept courses
• 1 year minimum experience in a similar role
• Brights Induction (service excellence)
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Awareness, vigilance and ability to handle pressure
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Mark stock with barcode stickers as required
• Mark incoming orders within the time set by the Team Leader
• Pack stock in the correct department and location
• Ensure stock is packed neatly and non-hazardous
• Assist with stock picking and pre-packing
• Maintain merchandising standards in the department
