Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar supervisory role within fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and fleet management software.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in Richards Bay or similar industrial area logistics context is advantageous.
