Placements24 is seeking a proactive Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for a large vehicle fleet based in Richards Bay. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure fleet availability, manage budgets and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximise uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in fleet management and maintenance procedures, and proficiency with fleet management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or automotive workshop supervision.
• Knowledge of diverse vehicle types and repair procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Qualification in Automotive Engineering or Business Management is advantageous.
