Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Diesel Mechanic/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years’ experience in fleet maintenance or related fields.
• Experience managing large vehicle fleets and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure fleet availability meets operational and distribution requirements.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance trends to improve reliability.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing schedules, inspections, and breakdown assistance.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs.
