Job summary

iZiCash in Centurion, Gauteng, is seeking a Data Analyst (Fleet) to collect and analyse vehicle telemetry, fuel consumption, and maintenance data to optimise fleet operations. This role focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights for cost reductions and performance improvements across the fleet.

You will develop live dashboards, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions with collaboration between logistics, maintenance, and safety teams.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent; Diploma in Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Logistics.
• Two to five years' experience in logistics, transport, or operations analytics.
• Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros, Power Query) and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telematics systems and real-time GPS data for fleet insights.
• Maintain data integrity from fuel cards, maintenance logs, and GPS data.
• Integrate fleet management software with ERP systems.
• Develop live dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for fleet managers.
• Track KPIs like cost-per-kilometre, asset utilisation, and TCO.
• Automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for regional managers.
