Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in Cape Town is seeking a Fire Sales Engineer to develop new business and provide technical sales support for fire detection, gas suppression, and fire alarm systems. You will design compliant protection solutions, prepare quotations, and hand over projects to operations.

This role covers commercial, industrial, and data centre sectors. You will build relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers, attend client meetings, and drive sales targets while

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical sales within the fire protection industry.
Experience with fire detection systems and gaseous fire suppression systems.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial, industrial, mining, healthcare, data centre and logistics sectors.
Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, referrals.
Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
Review tender specifications and ensure compliance; negotiate pricing and terms.
Liaise with project managers and technical teams for smooth handovers and demonstrations.
