You will translate business and partner requirements into clear specifications, work with engineers and architects, and shape a cohesive product roadmap. This role emphasizes data analytics and reporting with cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Ability to write clear, unambiguous functional specifications.
• Strong technical systems literacy to understand architecture and feasibility.
• Proven ability to influence delivery without direct authority.
• Experience in data analysis and presenting key insights and reports.
• Experience working across partner or multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
• Prior fintech, lending, or regulated financial products experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical product function end to end, translating requirements into detailed specs and backlog items.
• Scope development work with engineers, break down requirements, and set acceptance criteria with architects and developers.
• Consolidate priorities across internal units into a coherent product roadmap and support sales/marketing insights.
• Manage end‑to‑end deployment, change control, UAT, and post‑deployment verification with governance alignment.
• Coordinate incident resolution with Tech Support, track defects, and produce incident post-mortems and runbooks.
• Participate in PI planning cycles, deliver technical delivery updates, and present risk items to stakeholders.
• Design and enhance reporting structures across product and system support governance and data decisions.
• Own QA sign-off on development work prior to handover for final acceptance testing.
