Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualified with strong technical accounting foundations.
• 4+ years post-articles experience in finance.
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or startup environments.
• Commercial mindset with exceptional analytical capability.
• Experience automating reports, reconciliations or controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, month-end, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Build scalable finance processes to support rapid growth.
• Partner closely with operational, product and commercial teams.
• Drive automation initiatives across the finance function.
• Improve reporting visibility through data and analytics.
• Manage treasury, liquidity and working capital requirements.
• Support strategic decision-making with meaningful insights.
• Continuously challenge existing processes and identify smarter ways of working.
