Momentum in Durban seeks a Financial Coach to deliver Retirement Benefit Counselling (RBC), financial wellness education, and member engagement across corporate clients via face-to-face and digital channels.

You will empower members with unbiased information through onboarding, active membership, preservation, retirement, and exit. The role drives growth through lead conversion, asset retention, and product uptake, building strategic corporate relationships.

Formación

• BCom (Relevant business degree) required
• RE5 regulatory qualification
• CFP® designation advantageous
• 3–5 years’ experience in retirement benefits/financial services
• Fluent in English and Zulu
• Willingness to travel locally with reliable transport

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual or group benefit counselling and financial coaching.
• Deliver factual, unbiased information to help members make informed financial decisions.
• Guide clients with pre-retirement planning and product selection.
• Host webinars and wellness days to deliver financial education.
• Educate clients on investment principles and risk/return concepts.
• Maintain workplace engagement plans and relationships with HR/re trustees.
