Qualifications

• Interview the customer following a multilevel sales script to clarify the customer’s requirements.
• Identify potential customers and develop relationships; initial contact for queries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure that basic customer details held in the CRM are accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements following a sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and resolve queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers by gathering information and referrals.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats; participate in a network of influences.
