Responsibilities

• Deliver standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters.

• Interview customers following a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships.
