Job summary

Pronel Consultants is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the finance function and deliver strategic financial leadership within a well-established organisation in Pietermaritzburg. You will oversee budgeting, forecast, cash flow, monthly management accounts, statutory compliance and audit readiness, while mentoring a finance team.

The role requires a BCom Accounting, 5+ years in financial management, IFRS knowledge, strong leadership and advanced Excel, plus a valid driver's

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting or related financial qualification.
• Professional membership with SAICA, CIMA or SAIPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Management role.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, IFRS and statutory compliance experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
