Qualifications

• BCom degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CA(SA) qualification.
• 2–3 years’ experience as Financial Controller or accounting-related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational, coordination and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Afrikaans-speaking (essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and management of financial reports.
• Process and review financial transactions accurately and timeously.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and reporting.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding financial information and reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Assist the Financial Manager with daily financial operations and ad hoc duties.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve financial inconsistencies promptly.
