VKB Group is seeking a Financial Controller to join our finance function, overseeing ERP systems, controls, and business processes across the VKB Group. You will work with Financial and Operational Managers to improve reporting, governance, and system efficiency.

This role requires strong analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to system improvements, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting within a diverse agricultural group.

Qualifications

• Requires a finance-related degree and strong ERP/system knowledge.
• Experience with financial controls, governance, and reporting.
• Proven ability to optimise business processes and implement system enhancements.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI reporting, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain information for ERP implementations and migrations across the VKB Group.
• Standardise financial processes, system structures, and reporting across entities.
• Design, test, implement, and support approved system enhancements and requests.
• Evaluate and improve financial control environments.
• Monitor ERP system integrity and strengthen controls.
• Maintain accurate system master data and configurations.
• Investigate process weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver structured reports on project progress and system performance.
• Collaborate with Financial and Operational Managers to improve processes.
• Stay informed on ERP innovations and industry best practices.
