This role emphasizes customer service, accurate information sharing, and effective use of internal systems to progress clients to the next stage. Ideal candidates are quick-thinking, decisive, and tech-savvy, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Matric – compulsory.
• Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma in a financial industry related field.
• Computer Literate – MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients who have made enquiries with the company to gather information about their financial situation.
• Assessing client financial information to determine their financial position.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Manage consumer engagements on our various platforms and/or Outbound Channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations accordingly.
• Transfer eligible consumers to our expert Financial Consulting team to complete a thorough assessment.
