You will collaborate with program managers and leadership, develop financial models, monitor grants, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the organization’s financial health from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CPA a plus.
• 4+ years in financial analysis, budgeting or accounting, nonprofit preferred.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and nonprofit fund accounting.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or budgeting, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and non-profit fund accounting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as Excel, or specialized financial software.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
