Placements24 is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a fully remote role. You will drive FP&A, build complex financial models, and deliver insights to senior management.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and the ability to present clear financial narratives to non-financial stakeholders in a remote, fast-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus
• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) and financial software (ERP systems, BI tools)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
