Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd (PFA) is seeking a sales‑driven leader in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. The role oversees a high‑performing team of top financial advisers, driving profitability while managing results, resources and risks within the business plan for the area.

You will serve as a MANCO member helping shape regional strategy. The ideal candidate has FAIS compliance with a financial planning certificate or 120 credits at NQF5, RE5, and prior sales management experience.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• Must be FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or 120+ credits at a minimum NQF level 5.
• Must have passed RE 5 level 1.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager is preferable.
• Be accredited on all products that PFA distributes as well as accreditation on other optional products.
• Preferably 24 month’s service as a Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application of the sales process.
• Manage existing business processes including conservation, financing, administration and client care.
• Interact with successful and demanding financial advisors.
• Coach and develop financial advisors.
• Build and sustain a productive team.
• Assist with recruitment and local marketing plans to ensure a pipeline of advisors.
