Job summary

Old Mutual in Mossel Bay, Western Cape, invites an experienced sales leader to manage and grow a proven advisory team of top performers. The role emphasizes profitability, results, and risk management within the area business plan, and participation in MANCO leadership.

You will coach financial advisers, drive a local marketing plan, and ensure accreditation on all PFA products while building a high-performing team and guiding General Practice and ACA recruitment.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent with 120 relevant credits at minimum NQF level 5.
• Must have passed RE 5 level 1.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager is preferable.
• Accredited on all products that PFA distributes and on other optional products.
• Preferably 24 months' service as a Financial Advisor.
• Strong administrative capabilities.
• Able to apply the six step financial process.

The position is based in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This sales leadership opportunity offers the chance to manage and grow an already successful team that includes a National Top 50 Financial Advisers and two Regional Top 25 Financial Advisers.

The successful incumbent will have to ensure the team's profitability by managing results, resources and risks within the framework of the business plan for the area. This role also contributes to the overall management/leadership of the geographical area by serving as a member of the MANCO.
