Job summary

Alexforbes in Johannesburg is seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant to support our advisors in delivering a seamless client experience. You will manage new business processing, perform regulatory checks (FICA/FAIS) and help maintain client relationships and reviews.

This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate schedules and prepare meeting packs.

Qualifications

• Matric (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of investments and life products
• Understanding of corporate and individual client environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Relevant industry qualification (advantageous)

Responsibilities
