Job summary

FROGG Recruitment in Sandton seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee financial processing, monthly reporting and statutory compliance. The role focuses on audit readiness, internal controls and ERP process improvements to enhance efficiency across the business.

You will lead day-to-day processing (supplier, customer, payroll, receipts) and prepare monthly accounts and management reports for finance leadership review.

• Oversees financial processing, monthly reporting, statutory and tax compliance
• Oversee audit readiness, inventory-related financial controls and ongoing improvement of finance systems and ERP processes
• Strengthen internal controls, support budgeting and contribute to operational efficiency across the business
• Oversee the day-to-day processing of supplier, customer, payroll, receipts and disbursement transactions
• Prepare monthly financial accounts and management reports accurately and on time
• Review monthly management accounts before submission to finance leadership for approval
• Act as finance lead during financial audits for all group entities and support successful audit completion
