• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, and financial performance across business units
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support operational teams with financial insights and decision-making
• Monitor inventory costs, stock valuations, and stock take processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and financial policies
• Assist with external audits and year-end reporting requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial efficiencies

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
