  • Completed SAIPA articles (advantageous)
  • Understanding of stock management, costing, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like SAGE and internal controls
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance
  • Team management experience is beneficial
  • Valid driver's license and own transport
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Finalising monthly processing and month‑end procedures
  • Conducting monthly general ledger reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Producing monthly management accounts and reporting to directors
  • Comparing budget versus actuals and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
  • Managing company expenses and implementing accurate cost allocation structures
  • Designing and implementing standard operating procedures
  • Asset management and payroll processing using Sage
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Assisting external auditors with reviews and audits
  • Handling SARS queries, reviews, and audits

Salary: R******CTC per month.

Working Hours: 08h00 to 16h30, Monday to Friday.
