Placements24 in Centurion, Gauteng is seeking a Specialist Recruiter with a finance focus. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for finance and accounting roles, source candidates through networks and databases, and interview to assess technical skills and career goals.

Build strong client relationships and stay ahead of market trends to advise on talent strategies. The role requires 2–4 years in recruitment, preferably in finance, with strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with finance focus.
• Specialization in placing finance or accounting professionals.
• Strong interview and candidate management skills.
• Solid knowledge of finance terminology (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, B.Com).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for finance and accounting roles.
