Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a remote, worldwide project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You’ll assess AI-generated outputs and improve training data with solid accounting judgment.

Requirements include 3+ years in accounting roles, experience with ERP platforms, and strong English communication. This contractor role offers flexible scheduling and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with multiple financial systems and ERP platforms listed above.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
