Job summary

You will work hybrid from Cape Town, reporting into Finance Transformation, and you'll gain hands-on experience mapping processes, building SOPs and dashboards. Hands-on finance experience and Advanced Excel proficiency are required; Power BI and ERP

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills essential for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP migrations is a strong plus.
• Ability to explain finance end-to-end processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current finance processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Map end-to-end processes and maintain SOPs.
• Investigate reconciliation issues to find root causes.
• Gather data to support process decisions and build KPI dashboards.
• Run workshops with finance teams across the group.
• Identify automation opportunities and support new systems adoption.
