Personnel Search Services Group is seeking a meticulous Financial Accountant to manage comprehensive accounting transactions, ensure accuracy of financial records, and support tax compliance and audits. The role involves collaboration with the Finance Controller and external auditors to uphold governance and reporting standards.

Key duties include managing ledgers, P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and SAP-based data entry, while coordinating monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and tax

Qualificações

• Experience maintaining financial records and ledgers.
• Proficient in SAP financial systems and reporting.
• Strong ability to reconcile accounts and prepare accurate statements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain ledgers, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Enter and manage transactions in SAP accurately.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure correct period postings.
• Reconcile AP/AR monthly and at year-end.
• Process bank payments and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare statements for review by Finance Controller and auditors.
• Coordinate VAT, PAYE, and other tax compliance with external advisors.
• Support internal and external audits with timely financial information.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain SOPs to strengthen internal controls.
