Network Finance seeks a seasoned Finance Manager in Durban. You will lead budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, while guiding strategic financial planning. The role requires hands-on analysis of operations and cross-functional collaboration to enhance financial performance.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in finance, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Insurance/financial services experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in insurance/financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior management to manage budgets and provide financial insights.
• Oversee financial operations and reporting, analyze monthly results and communicate with stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting and control costs.
• Develop and implement financial policies to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and inquiries.
• Prepare tax calculations and filing of returns.
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify trends.
