Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Junior Finance Manager to own core accounting functions and help build structured, scalable financial processes while supporting day-to-day operations.

You will manage month-end, financial reporting, internal controls, and collaborate with operational and group finance stakeholders to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a BCom in Finance or Accounting, 3–5 years’ experience, familiarity with SYSPRO and advanced Excel, and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• BCom degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Completed Articles advantageous but not essential.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Full finance function experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function.
• Oversee cashbook, debtors, creditors, petty cash, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Ensure financial compliance and control standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with operational and group finance stakeholders.
• Lead, support and develop a small finance team.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function.
