Job summary

Pronel Consultants is seeking a Financial Manager, or a newly qualified CA, who can see beyond reports to understand cash flow, working capital and business signals. You will own the finance function and lead a capable team.

Responsibilities include management accounts, budgeting, cash flow, controls, payroll, audits, and statutory compliance; you will deliver timely, audit-ready information and drive process improvement.

Qualifications

• CA(SA), CIMA, BCom Accounting or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong practical financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Excellent Excel and financial-systems capability.
• Experience with controls, audits and statutory compliance.
• Commercial, analytical and solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience in stockholding, distribution, wholesale or operational environments is advantageous.
