Job summary

Kelly is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager based in Elsies River to lead management accounting, costing, and financial reporting in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will partner with senior leadership to provide commercially focused financial analysis, drive budgeting, forecasting and performance insights, and strengthen controls across the finance function.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting / Financial Accounting / Management Accounting or equivalent is must.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate finance/accounting experience.
• 2-3 years in a Senior Accounting, Management Accounting / Finance Management role within a Manufacturing/Production environment.
• Proven experience in standard costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), product costing, and margin analysis.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory management and stock reporting within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems, with Syspro experience highly advantageous.
• Cash flow forecasting and financial analysis background
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial and operational data, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management
