What We’re Looking For

• CA(SA) qualified or equivalent experience in finance management (qualification not essential if experience is strong)
• 5–7 years’ experience in finance, ideally in Construction, Consulting, or similar people-driven industries
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills
• Experience managing project or resource-based financial models and analysing profitability
• Excellent Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar)
• Commercially minded, analytical, and able to influence stakeholders
