• Oversee assets register for current, fixed, and intangible assets.
• Drive financial planning and budgeting to support strategic objectives.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results and reports per IFRS.
• Develop risk assessment models and controls to minimize currency and credit risks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management Mastery: Lead the financial planning, management, and accounting functions, ensuring adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and statutory regulations.
2. Asset Oversight: Take charge of managing and controlling our assets register, ensuring meticulous accounting of current, fixed, and intangible assets.
3. Strategic Planning: Drive the financial planning and budgeting process to support our strategic objectives and facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Reporting Expertise: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and management reports in compliance with IFRS, providing vital insights to the managing board and Head Office.
5. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk assessment models and controls on a daily basis to minimize exposure, including credit, currency, and exchange rate risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Equivalent; Honours Degree preferred.
2. 3 years' experience as a Financial Manager, ideally in an engineering environment.
