Job summary

Datonomy Solutions (Pty) Ltd seeks a seasoned Finance Transformation professional to lead the design of a future-state Finance Data Model and Chart of Accounts as part of a major transformation programme.

You will define the organisation's COA, reporting dimensions, financial hierarchies and master-data standards, enabling statutory and management reporting, planning, consolidation and ERP/EPM initiatives. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on design capability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance transformation and architecture.
• Proven leadership in enterprise Chart of Accounts redesign.
• Experience aligning data models with ERP/EPM platforms.
• Strong facilitation of senior stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design the future-state Finance Data Model and Chart of Accounts.
• Lead COA redesign to simplify and standardise structure.
• Align Finance Data Model with Target Operating Model across finance domains.
• Define data governance, master-data standards and migration requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with executives to validate requirements and decisions.
• Deliver design documentation, roadmaps and implementation support.
