Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience in data analytics or finance-related field.
• Certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Finance are advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in financial services or related finance sectors.
• Experience with large datasets and financial reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, validate, and organise data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain and enhance databases, data warehouses, and data systems.
• Ensure data governance and quality standards are consistently met.
• Analyse large and complex financial datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business stakeholders.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support ongoing reporting requirements and business performance monitoring.
• Partner with finance and business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Work with technology teams to implement data-driven solutions and improvements.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in analytics and BI.
