Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Gauteng seeks a Finance Manager to lead accounting and financial control across Receivables, Payables, cash management, and reporting.

You will oversee AR/AP teams, ensure VAT and PAYE compliance with SARS, prepare monthly statements and management reports, and drive process improvements.

Diploma or Degree in Finance is required, with strong leadership and auditing experience within hospitality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance is required.
• Experience in hospitality finance is an advantage.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable Clerk and related duties.
• Oversee the Accounts Payable Clerk and related duties.
• Manage the cashbook reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee VAT and PAYE returns and SARS compliance.
• Prepare and publish management accounts and balance sheet.
• Support month-end close by the 15th of each month.
• Lead process improvements in finance controls and systems.
• Provide performance feedback and appraisals to staff.
