You will balance point-of-sale cash-ups, capture online orders, enter supplier invoices, and maintain receivables and payables. No experience required as full training is provided; a sharp eye for detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric with pass in Accounting/Mathematics
• Immediate availability to start
• Tertiary certificate/diploma/degree in accounting is a bonus
• No previous experience required; full training provided
• Basic computer skills with Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Balance daily store POS cash-ups against official bank records
• Capture and process daily online customer orders
• Enter basic supplier invoices for monthly accounts payable
• Allocate incoming payments and maintain neat accounts receivable ledgers
• Check petty cash summaries and verify store deposits
• Spot payment differences and help resolve variances
• Provide friendly administrative support to the finance team
