Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, collections and finance administration.
• Relevant bookkeeping qualification is preferred.
• Experience working on Sage software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding customer accounts.
• Perform bookkeeping functions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support the Finance Manager with daily finance and administrative activities.
• Process financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
• Liaise with clients regarding account and payment queries.
• Assist with debtor reconciliations and cash allocations.
• Support month-end finance processes.
• Handle general finance administration and ad hoc duties.
