Job summary

Discovery Limited is seeking a Finance Administrator to provide financial administration, asset and inventory management support for Discovery Insure. You will maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations and support month-end, reporting and audits, while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes detailed financial control, data analysis and process improvement to drive efficiency and governance across assets and inventory.

Qualifications

• Essential: Matric and 2–3 years in finance administration or accounting.
• Experience with reconciliations, reporting and financial controls.
• Experience with fixed assets and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate and reconcile financial transactions to ensure policy compliance.
• Execute supplier payments with proper approvals and documentation.
• Prepare financial, asset and inventory reconciliations and reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve queries.
