Job summary

Cotton On South Africa is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to energize our store environments and bring our brand DNA to life in the North Region. You will collaborate with store teams, interpret local customer needs, and drive visual strategies that boost sales and customer engagement.

You will be hands-on, coaching teams, living in-store, and executing the plan while staying curious and focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering visual merchandising concepts.
• Strong coaching and training abilities for store teams.
• Able to interpret brand directives and translate them into in-store experiences.
