Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking an internship candidate in Johannesburg for the Service Division to provide technical support to customers. The role requires completing CRICE clinical practice modules and assisting regional clinical engineers and local sales reps while demonstrating specialist knowledge of Smith+ Nephew surgical imaging systems.

The intern must have matric, a degree or national diploma in electronic engineering or clinical engineering, a valid driver’s license, and own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Matric qualification required.
• Degree or National Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Clinical Engineering.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Study and finish learning modules on SNN's surgical video.
• Understand IFU instructions for SNN equipment and practice sterilization modes.
• Align with SOPs on service, product complaint and product recall.
