Job summary

MORE Collection's Field Guide College in Limpopo invites an Assistant Facilitator to support principal facilitators in delivering the approved curriculum. This developmental role offers growth in guiding and training, with access to FGASA and CATHSSETA mentors and assessors.

You will assist with scheduling, field activities, and lectures while mentoring students. You will also maintain progress records, ensure compliance with FGASA/MPCo/MORE Code of Conduct, and support safety and campus upkeep.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year as a Field Guide in the bush.
Experience in a training environment is highly beneficial.
FGASA NQF2 and Apprentice Trails Guide are essential.
Driver's License & PRDP current (essential).
ARH current and First Aid Level 2.
Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Support principal facilitators in executing training activities.
Facilitate field activities such as Game Drives, Walks, Trails and Observations.
Run lectures, workshops, training and team building.
Prepare monthly student progress reports for safari management.
Adhere to MORE SOPs and the FGASA/CATHSSETA Code of Conduct.
Maintain campus, equipment and records in good order.
Assist with administrative duties and content for digital media.
