Placements24 is seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Operator for their East London operations in the Eastern Cape. The role involves operating tractors, combines, planters, and sprayers to support daily farming tasks, while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

You will perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and follow supervisor instructions for planting, cultivation, and harvesting. The position offers stable employment and opportunities to work with modern machinery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating agricultural machinery.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, combines, planters, sprayers safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment before and after operation.
• Follow instructions from farm supervisors regarding planting, cultivation, harvesting, and other field operations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of agricultural products and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored.
