Job summary

PG Glass is seeking an Area Sales Representative to grow market share, revenue and customer relationships within an assigned territory. This field-based role requires building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and turning engagement into results.

You will develop territory plans, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with service teams to drive local performance. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Preferred: Degree in Sales, Marketing or Commercial Management.
• 3 years' experience in external sales or a customer-facing commercial role.
• A proven track record in relationship-based sales.
• Experience in insurance, automotive or services will be advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales, customer penetration and market share within your territory.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, insurers, fleets, trade customers and commercial partners.
• Develop and execute a structured territory and customer call plan.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively manage your sales pipeline.
• Work closely with Telesales Consultants, Service Centre Sales Consultants and Service Centre Managers to drive local commercial performance.
• Support customer escalations, service recovery and local sales activations.
• Champion PG Glass solutions including Repair Before Replace, ADAS recalibration, PG Partner and PG Connect.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer intelligence and sales activity.
