Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as an agronomist or in agricultural advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of plant physiology, soil chemistry, and pest/disease dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soil testing and analysis to assess nutrient levels, pH, and other critical factors.
