Job summary

Icebolethu Group is seeking Field Agents across Limpopo provinces including Hazyview, Thulamahashi, Burgersfort and Polokwane to drive new business through cold calling and selling Icebolethu products. The role requires a Matric (Grade 12) and 1–2 years in sales or field operations, with RE1/RE5 certification being advantageous.

Responsibilities include promoting funeral assurance policies, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with FAIS and FSCA regulations.

Qualifications

• Matric/ Grade 12 is required; a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• RE1 or RE5 certification is advantageous.
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, customer service or field operations.
• Experience in funeral assurance, insurance, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell funeral assurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle client queries and resolve complaints within service levels.
• Execute customer retention strategies to maintain and grow client base.
• Maintain accurate client records and proper administrative processes.
• Proactively call clients to restructure, retain, or resell existing policies.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS and FSCA regulations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
