Pro Talent in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a dedicated FICA Compliance Administrator to uphold regulatory standards and support AML/KYC functions. You will gather and review client documents, manage FICA packs, and respond to compliance requests from internal teams and external institutions.

The role requires at least 3 years of AML/KYC experience in a regulated financial services provider, strong administration and time-management skills, and a commitment to regulatory excellence in an on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in AML/KYC within a regulated Financial Services Provider.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review client documents to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to FIC or FAIS compliance requests from internal teams and external institutions.
• Request, update, or retrieve outstanding client information.
• Load and manage FICA/FAIS documents within source systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review client documents for deficiencies, resolve issues, and accurately enter information into AML/KYC systems.
• Prepare comprehensive new client FICA/FAIS document packs for Financial Advisors.
• Print, bind, and maintain sufficient supplies for FICA packs.
• Support periodic FIC review processes and compliance requests.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
• Provide administrative support to the compliance team to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in AML/KYC within a regulated Financial Services Provider.
• Proven strong administration and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent time management and project management abilities.
• Strong process management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with FIC and FAIS compliance processes.
• Knowledge of source systems used for AML/KYC documentation.

What We'll Give You:

• Salary: R15,000 - R18,000 per month (Cost to Company)
