Moladira Skills in Gauteng is seeking an Order Fulfilment Agent to ensure fibre internet orders progress from payment to activation. You will engage clients via WhatsApp, coordinate with installers, and manage support tickets to deliver a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfilment, service delivery, or customer support
• Strong communication via WhatsApp and email
• Familiarity with fibre installation tech (ONT, activation)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders
• Organized and proactive in resolving issues and following up on tasks
• Customer-first mindset and timely delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage and track fulfilment of fibre internet orders from post-payment to activation
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp to provide updates and resolve queries
• Coordinate with installers to schedule installations and monitor progress
• Open and manage technical support tickets (ONT drop, activation, maintenance, etc.)
• Escalate delays or unresolved issues via email to the appropriate departments
• Process address delinking, relocations, upgrades/downgrades, and order cancellations
• Perform basic troubleshooting for client-reported issues and first-level support
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and order progress
