Job summary

The Body Shop in Cape Town is seeking staff to provide exceptional customer service during the festive trade period. You will be visible, friendly, and professional, helping customers with queries and directing them to products.

You will restock shelves, maintain merchandising standards, wrap purchases, inform customers about promotions, and keep the store clean and well-organized. Grade 12 is required; prior sales or service experience is desirable.

• Grade 12 certificate is required.
• Experience in sales or service environment is desirable.
