Merand Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Au Pair to care for two 5-year-old girls in a two-family roster. You will provide attentive care, assist with homework, plan educational and creative activities, and prepare light meals.

The role requires a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle, flexibility with hours, weekend travel when needed, and strong communication with both families to coordinate schedules.

• Female, aged 21–29 years.
• Experience in Au Pair, childcare, teaching or similar.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Female, aged 2129 years
• Previous Au Pair, childcare, teaching or similar experience
• Experience working with young children, preferably around the age of 5
• Valid driver's licence
• Own reliable vehicle
• Responsible, trustworthy and dependable
• Caring, patient and energetic personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and able to manage a shared roster between two families
• Flexible with working days and hours
• Willing to travel on weekends occasionally
• Must be comfortable working with two families and coordinating with both households

WORKING HOURS

Working days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the two families, with the families coordinating the split roster together.
